The tour package was excellent in all aspects - right from receiving us at Kuala Lumpur and the drop-off at Bangkok airport.
The coordination and timings were perfect and well organized. Although, we went to so many places and had not seen any faces, but we were not disappointed because there was always someone with a instruction or guidance including all necessary tickets booked in advance and carefully sealed and delivered in an envelope at each location.
It was very impressive and my entire family enjoyed the tour.
The guide in Bangkok, Mr Pik in particular was excellent. We learnt a lot about Bangkok and its history from him and other general things.
A few things of note which we feel can further enhance your already good services.
Few more sight seeing places could have been included in the package - agree the time was short but maybe you can give it a thought - like the Birds park in KL and Sunway Lagoon in Singapore etc.
A good guide to explain about the locations and their culture and some interesting facts - like Mr Pik in Bangkok was excellent.
Overall, the tour was excellent including the travel arrangements, places of visit, accommodation at hotels including breakfast, location of hotels, pick up and drop off points and timings, the focal points and the drivers in all locations who were very courteous and cooperative etc.
Once again, on behalf of my family and myself, we like to thank you for the wonderful arrangements and look forward to future tours with your company.
